Tuesday 30.04. - EGGENBERG BREWERY GARDENS

  • 14:00 - 19:00 CHILDREN´S AFTERNOON - Games for children, painting, witch make up, roasting of sausages over fire and other entertainment. Moderated by Miroslav Valha
  • 14:00 - 19:00 KRUMLOV MARKET - Local non-profit institutions, ensembles, bands, events, festivals, projects and schools present themselves
  • 14:00 - 19:00 MUSEUM FOTOATELIER SEIDEL - Get an original souvenir from Český Krumlov. At Photo Studio Seidel you will have the unique opportunity to get an original postcard with your portrait fashioned in the style of our grandmothers era photographs
  • 14:00 - 14:05 EVENT OPENING - Town Mayor Mr. Dalibor Carda and Vice-Mayor Ms. Jitka Zikmundová
  • 14:05 - 15:30 ARTISTIC ELEMENTARY SCHOOLS FESTIVAL – part 1 - Various study fields of the Artistic Elementary School in Český Krumlov will be presented during the afternoon
  • 15:45 - 16:40 RYBNÍKÁŘI - WATER SPRITES FUN - The water sprites group called Rybníkáři and the common singing with and for children. Proud of songs, skits and competitions for children
  • 16:45 ERECTION OF THE MAYPOLE - Joint decoration and erection of the maypole. Performing: Folklore ensemble Růže Český Krumlov
  • 17:15 - 17:35 PERFORMANCE OF ENSEMBLES OF THE HOUSE OF CHILDREN AND YOUTH - Presentations of the various genres at the House of Children and Youth in Český Krumlov: oriental dancing, majorettes, cheerleaders and “Tancovátko” ensemble
  • 18:45 LIGHTING THE PYRE - Upon conclusion of the afternoon programme, a large pyre will be jointly lit. You can roast your first spring sausage over the fire
  • 19:30 - 20:45 ZRCADLA - Last April evening will continue with a concert of folk-rock formation called Zrcadla (Mirrors), which will be held to mark 25th anniversary of band founding
  • 21:15 - 22:30 CHLAPI V SOBĚ - The highlight of the evening will be a concert of popular pop-rock Krumlov band Chlapi v sobě

Tuesday 30.04. - SVORNOSTI SQUARE

  • 20:30 LANTERN PROCESSION - Procession assembly commences at 8.15 pm; after assembly the procession will walk the following route: Square – Latrán – Eggenberg Brewery Gardens. Procession will be accompanied by the Brass Orchestra of Artistic Elementary School in Český Krumlov. Programme continues at Brewery Gardens. Organized with the support of Czech Women’s Association and Czech Red Cross
